scheduling

  • As the client, you have the option to request to book the Artist through their personalized link on their page or work with one of our specialists to request to book multiple Artists.

  • Currently, we are looking for talent in the Dallas area or virtually, but hope to expand to other cities soon.

  • If your requested Artist is unavailable, we will provide another time they have availability as well as offering another Artist when available.

Payment

  • Once booked, you will receive an invoice from Square for an initial deposit calculated at 50% of the agreed upon total which will be used toward your final payment. Once the service is complete, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount plus any additional fees that occurred between the deposit and the completion of the service.

  • We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund, inclusive of the deposit. Canceling within 48 hours will result in no refund of the deposit. To reschedule we require a 24 hour minimum notice, reschedulings within 24 hours will be charged an additional 15% inconvenience fee on the final invoice. Rescheduling and then canceling will result in equal to 100% of the cost of service.

  • The deposit helps us to ensure our Artists are able to acquire any materials necessary for the service including, but not limited to, their time.

  • While gratuity is not required, there will be an option to provide on the final payment. Pricing is set by the Artist themselves and reflects fair compensation for their services.
